We’re calling out for FCICMs to participate in the program as a mentor. Here are some key points: 

• Before you can be matched with a mentee, you will be required to complete an online training course.
• The course will take between 1.5 and 2 hours to complete and can be completed in smaller parts.
• As a mentor, if you are matched with a mentee during our pilot, you will be advised from February.
• You will not be matched with more than 2 mentees for the CICM program, and your ability to commit the required time will be ascertained at the time of matching.
• When you enter a mentor/mentee partnership, you and your mentee will be required to create and commit to an agreement setting out ground rules for your partnership.
• As a guide, most mentor/mentee pairs would then meet for around 1 hour per month, with around 1 hour of preparation and follow up.
• There are resources on this hub to help you and your mentee prepare and follow up mentoring sessions.
